Live hysteroscopy workshop was conducted on 8th May .150 participants attended the workshop the morning session was filled with extensive deliberations on various aspects of hysteroscopy concentrating mainly on practical aspects for the beginners .there was a hands on simulator which the delegates tried and appreciated . The entire session was very informative .The afternoon session was on demonstration of Live surgeries relayed from Apollo cradle Hospital the operating faculty where Dr Madhuri Dr ShafalikaDr Lata Dr Radha Rao Dr Harshita .senior members like Dr Ramesh and Dr Vidyamani shared their knowledge and guidance to the youngsters all the members who attended appreciated and learnt a lot from the workshop

Master Class Webinar series - Ectopic Pregnancy

Masterclass series have been scheduled once a month on the last week. The theme of masterclass is practical obstetrics and gynaecology. The first masterclass was held on 27th April. Topic was ectopic pregnancy -from confusion to clarity . it was a webinar attended bye 157 delegates across Karnataka. Various sites of Ectopicpregnancywere described and interesting case presentation by bSOGmembers were presented it was a very interesting session and appreciated by all those who attended . it was an extensive program covering all aspects of ectopic pregnancy

Scientific Session & Investiture Ceremony

Investiture was conducted on April 17 the scientific session was by Dr Aarti DeenaDayal who spoke on basic ultrasonography evaluation in infertility .She did a great job and her talk was appreciated by all. the chief guest was Mrs Siri Gowri IPS who spoke on how to protect doctors from mob violence and other safeguarding measures . the lifetime achievement award was given to Dr Sundari for her untiring work in prevention of cervical cancer in rural areas the Best teacher award was given to Dr Vishwanath Swami Professor of MS Ramaiah medical College the change of medallion happened and the new team took over. Attended by 71 delegates
